As a Wholesale Reseller, Phone System Global™ cancellation, return and refund policy is governed by the terms of conditions provided with the agreement with the MVNO Reseller Partner. Please, kindly refer to the agreement contract entered with your organization and Phone System Global™ at the time of signing the contract. This Phone System Global™ site does not deal directly with end-users or direct consumers. It deals directly with Resellers, Dealers and Agents. This site is strictly for MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators).

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time

– For Global eSIM QR Codes: Delivery is through Zip folder/s containing the Global eSIM QR Codes to MVNO email address. For new Global eSIM MVNO Resellers, duration is takes 21-27 days from the date we receive your bulk order and payments for configuration; setup and delivery of the eSIM QR Codes to you. We will provide easy-to- install-and-up and ready for use guide for the eSIM for your end-users (customers). Subsequent eSIM QR Codes bulk orders delivery takes 10-14 days from the date we receive your order and payment.

– For Global Physical SIM Cards: Delivery is in bulk wholesale delivery via any of the following couriers:

USPS – United States Postal Service 

FedEx – Federal Express Courier Service

Others: We also partner and utilize third party domestic courier delivery firms in your country to deliver the product to you. However, we may not be able to provide shipping tracking info if we are using third party domestic courier to deliver to your address, however, we would provide you with constant update via email notifications on the status of your order and the estimated delivery time.

Delivery of bulk SIM Cards for new Global SIM MVNO Resellers, duration takes 8-9 weeks from the date we receive your bulk order and payments for configuration; setup and delivery of the physical SIM Cards to you. We will provide easy-to- install-and-up and ready for use guide for the SIM Cards for your end-users (customers). Subsequent SIM Cards bulk orders delivery takes 21-27 days from the date we receive your order and payment.
